FAQ
What kind of art do you offer?
We specialize in digitally restored artworks from history — including paintings from master artists, iconic movements, and timeless subjects. Each piece is carefully enhanced to reveal as much clarity and detail as possible, while preserving the character of the original.
Are your prints high quality?
Yes. All of our prints are produced using museum-grade materials and ultra high-resolution files. This ensures exceptional sharpness, color accuracy, and durability — even at large sizes.
What sizes are available?
We offer over 10 standard size options for both paper and canvas prints — including 8×10", 11×14", 16×20", 24×36", and more. You can find the full size list and visual guide in each product's listing photos. Available sizes may vary slightly depending on the artwork's original proportions.
Are your prints suitable for large-scale display?
Yes. Our artworks are digitally restored and enhanced to ultra high resolution, ensuring excellent clarity even at large sizes like 24×36" and 30×40". Whether you choose fine art paper or canvas, each option is produced using professional-grade materials for sharp detail and vibrant color.
Do you offer framed prints?
Yes. We offer two types of framed options:
- Framed fine art paper prints, protected with optical-grade acrylic for clarity and UV protection
- Framed canvas prints, presented in open-face floating wood frames without glass or acrylic, to preserve the natural texture and depth of the canvas
How do I choose the right finish option?
It depends on how you plan to display your artwork:
- Framed Fine Art Paper: A classic choice for a polished look. Arrives ready to hang and protected with acrylic glass — ideal for homes, offices, or gifts.
- Framed Canvas (Floating Frame): Our most premium presentation. Combines the texture of canvas with the elegance of a wood floater frame — ideal for statement pieces or elevated spaces.
- Stretched Canvas: A gallery-style option that’s ready to hang out of the box. No frame needed — clean and modern.
- Unframed Fine Art Paper: Great if you prefer to use your own frame. Ships rolled and easy to handle.
- Rolled Canvas: Offers a textured, painterly feel. Best if you want to custom stretch or frame it yourself.
What if the artwork I receive has imperfections?
Many of the original artworks we restore are historical pieces. While we enhance clarity and color, some artworks may retain subtle signs of age — such as fine cracks, grain, or surface texture — that reflect the authentic nature of the original.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. All prints are made to order and fulfilled by trusted professional partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days, including production and shipping time. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Can I request a specific painting or artist?
Yes. If there’s a particular work or artist you’re looking for, feel free to contact us through the form on our website. We’re always happy to hear from fellow art lovers and may be able to prioritize your request.
